These terms govern your use of this website, secondpass.me, and apply generally across products from Second Pass LLC ("Second Pass," "we," "us"). Where an individual app publishes its own terms, those terms govern use of that app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use our apps for their intended purpose, subject to these terms and any additional terms for that app. Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse our software.
Some apps let you create an account or make purchases (such as unlocking additional features). Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to that platform's own terms, including their refund policies.
Our apps are provided "as is." We work hard to make them reliable, but we don't guarantee they'll be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, Second Pass LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps or this website.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
